Position Description

A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the laboratory of Dr. Gang Huang, Holder-Katheryn Mays Johnson Distinguished Chair in Oncology and Professor of the Department of Cell Systems & Anatomy, Long School of Medicine, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UT Health San Antonio). The research project for this position will focus on genetic, epigenetic, and metabolic regulations during normal hematopoiesis or cancer. San Antonio is a dynamic and multicultural city with a relatively low cost-of-living and an outstanding cultural and educational environment. 

Position Requirements

Qualified applicants should have a Ph.D. or M.D. degree, with demonstrated experience in cancer metabolism, epigenetics, or hematopoiesis fields. The position is funded by a grant from NIH. UT Health San Antonio is a Tier One research institution and the department enjoys a dynamic research program that offers opportunities for multidisciplinary collaborative investigation.
