I am a former NICU nurse who specialized in implementing Family Nurture Care, a relational health program that fostered mother-infant emotional connection and autonomic co-regulation during the NICU stay. I am working under Dr. Alice Gong to study the effects of implementation of Family Nurture Care intervention in the NICU on nurses, parents, infants, and the hospital.
